Cancellation Policy

Cancelling more than 30 days before your arrival date will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Cancelling less than 30 days before your arrival date will be subject to a $325 administrative fee.
Cancelling after your scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full $425 deposit.
If you have not been accepted to your program at Olds College, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
